We hold most of our products in stock which means they will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of order. If we do not have the item you have ordered in stock we will advise you of our estimated delivery time, which is unlikely to exceed 28 days from receipt of order as we manufacture all our products “in-house” in Nepal.

We will dispatch your order by Royal Mail according to the following charges:

  • Royal Mail (UK): Standard delivery at a cost of £4.95 per order (including VAT). Please allow 7 to 14 days days for delivery.
  • Royal Mail International (Europe): Delivery within Europe at a cost of £8 per order, (£8.00 including VAT for EU countries, £8.00 excluding VAT for non-EU countries) please allow 14-21 days for delivery.
  • Royal Mail International (Rest of World): Delivery anywhere else in the world by airmail at a cost of £15 per order (VAT not applicable), please allow 14-21 days for delivery.

Fig Cashmere products purchased online or by phone order can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Items purchased from us at Shows/Fairs are not refundable but may be exchanged for another product in the same or other category.
All items must be in perfect saleable condition.

To return a Fig Cashmere product, please follow the instructions below:
1) Contact Customer Services on 020 8940 2561
2) Place your product in its original packaging and condition along with the original receipt into a parcel and seal accordingly

3) You may ship your return or exchange via another method of your choice to the below address. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
4) Upon receipt of your return, and subject to inspection by Quality Services, we will proceed to exchange or return per your request
All returns must be in their original packaging and in perfect saleable condition (unused and complete with all labels, leaflets, accessories etc.) and have the original receipt attached.
