We will dispatch your order to the following charges:

  • Standard delivery at a cost of £4.95 per order (including VAT).   Goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch date and will require signature.
  • Royal Mail International (Europe): Delivery within Europe at a cost of £15 per order, (£15.00 including VAT for EU countries, £15.00 excluding VAT for non-EU countries) please allow 7- 10 days for delivery.
  • Royal Mail International (Rest of World): Delivery anywhere else in the world by airmail at a cost of £20 per order (VAT not applicable), please allow 10- 14 days for delivery.

FIG PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT SHOWS/FAIRS

Items purchased from us at Shows/Fairs are not refundable but may be exchanged for another product in the same or other category.
All items must be in perfect saleable condition.

FIG CASHMERE PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE OR BY PHONE ORDER can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.  The product has to be in a resalable condition and unworn.

FIG CASHMERE PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN-STORE can be returned for Refund within 14 days of purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt.

We have extended our Exchange policy for Christmas – Exchanges for purchases made between 23rd November and 24th December 2023 will be accepted until 14th January 2024.

‘SALE’ Items purchased IN-STORE: Only Exchange, No Refunds.

An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange.  Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.

 

TO RETURN A FIG CASHMERE PRODUCT

Place your product in its original packaging and condition along with the original receipt into a parcel and seal accordingly

We suggest you ship your return or exchange via royal mail, signed for as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Upon receipt of your return, and subject to inspection by Quality Services, we will proceed to exchange or return per your request
All returns must be in their original packaging and in perfect saleable condition (unused and complete with all labels, leaflets, accessories etc.) and have the original receipt attached.
Fig Cashmere will do its best to process your return as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 21 days.
